Quick and nice meal and not pricey! Our food came out really quick and it was very good. I got the Belgium waffle with some eggs and sausage and I absolutely loved it, would come again!
We ate here once before, pre-COVID (that's going to be the next "B.C.") and it was pretty below average. Like Denny's level. On a whim, we tried again. We actually weren't disappointed. The food was hot and fresh and quite tasty. I have to say, much better than Denny's, Toast, etc. Not quite Black Bear level, but pretty good!
Cozy place to have a hearty breakfast. This country waffle location is very inviting. They seemed to have a lot of regulars. I had the waist watchers. It was really good to have a good breakfast to start the weekend. It was filling.
Fantastic and simple food. Warm friendly service. Open ambience without WiFi which customers can truly talk to each other.
I was in the mood for some breakfast for lunch and ordered this on DoorDash. Florentine Benedict: This was a rather delicious meal. I got it with the fried potatoes over the fruit and I am glad I did. I really enjoyed the potatoes since they were flavorful and fried perfectly for me. The Benedict itself was good. The eggs were poached nicely and there was a fair amount of spinach and bacon. My only concern was the hollandaise sauce, since there could have been more. It needed more of the sauce to really be impactful for me. Also, I requested for Utensils and we're not provided any, so it was a bit hard to cut the Benedict without a knife (I happen to have a spare fork, so at least that was fine) Overall, it was a good meal and I look forward to eating it again

Potatoes were a bit bland. $4 For a pot of tea I'm rating with the fact this is a franchise in mind. There are really nice country waffles that make you feel at home. Here, the staff is not super professional and they clearly have their regular folks. I happened to be hear for a Friday brunch. This one on Vasco feels more like a stop on a road trip. There were actually two ladies sitting near me who as they left said exactly: "Shall we continue driving?" .. you wouldn't go out of your way to the edge of Livermore just to have Country Waffles unless you really loved Country Waffles or the vibe at this particular one. I can imagine the waffle and Benedict I had really hitting the spot if I were doing a long drive myself. I have no attachments to this particular shop but had a good breakfast.
